Reccomemended Printing:
Print pages 1-2 and 53-54 double sided on cardstock
Print page 55 on card stock (Bible verse memory cards and book mark)
Print pages 2-11 double sided on regular paper You of course can print the whole thing on regular paper too! :)
 
Spiral binding is inexpensive, and is a great way to keep this together!
